Spicy Dill Chicken with Peppers

Spicy Dill Chicken with Peppers

4 chicken breasts
Olive oil
1 medium red onion, cut into strips
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
Salt and pepper, to taste
Dried basil, to taste
Minced garlic, to taste

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prepare the chicken breasts and rub with olive oil and dill pollen, to taste. Add the chopped dried puya chilies on top and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink.

Heat olive oil in a skillet, then add the onion, bell peppers, salt and pepper, basil and garlic. Cook until tender but still crisp. Serve with the chicken.

The dill pollen adds a wonderful flavor to the chicken, while the chilies give it a good kick!
