Tasso Breakfast Sliders

Tasso Breakfast Sliders

4 Hawaiian rolls, split
2 eggs, whisked
1 slice American cheese, split into 4 equal squares

In a skillet, brown the tasso until slightly crispy. Remove onto a plate.

In the same skillet, melt a pat of butter. Add the whisked eggs. Let cook on both sides until no longer runny. 

Split the egg into 4 (or more) pieces, about the size of the roll.

On each bottom bun, stack the Tasso, square of cheese, piece of egg, and finish with the top bun.
