Teet’s Tasso Wedge


If you frequent restaurants, you know that the infamous Wedge salad is on every menu.  Here is my twist on this delicious salad. 
Teet’s Tasso Wedge

1 head lettuce, cored and cut into 4 wedges
1 cup of your favorite chunky blue cheese dressing
1 Tablespoon Slap Ya Mama Hot Seasoning
4 ounces Teet’s Smoked Pure Pork Tasso, diced
10 cherry or grape tomatoes, cut in half lengthwise
1 lemon
Divide the lettuce wedges between 4 plates. Mix the blue cheese dressing and Slap Ya Mama seasoning and pour ¼ cup over each wedge.  Sprinkle the tasso over each wedge.  Divide the tomatoes between the plates.  Squeeze  lemon juice over the top of  each wedge.  Serve!
