SLAP YA MAMA Baked Flounder with SLAP YA MAMA Corn & Tomato Tartar Sauce






SLAP YA MAMA Baked Flounder

1 cup finely crushed Ritz crackers
1 Tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
4 flounder fillets
½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter

Combine cracker crumbs, parsley and Slap Ya Mama in shallow dish and mix well. Dip flounder fillets in melted butter and roll in cracker crumb mixture, patting well for mixture to adhere.

Preheat over to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray it lightly with cooking spray. Place coated fillets on baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until brown and bubbly. Garnish with Lemon Slice and Parsley. Serve with SLAP YA MAMA Corn & Tomato Tarter Sauce.

SLAP YA MAMA Corn & Tomato Tartar Sauce

1 ½ cup frozen white Shoepeg corn (thawed)
2 Roma tomatoes, peeled, seeded and diced
2 green onions minced
¼ cup mayonnaise
Mix well and refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
