Cajun Jalapeño Poppers




Cajun Jalapeño Poppers

15-20 jalapeño peppers, sliced lengthwise, membranes and seeds removed
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
cooked bacon, crumbled (1/2 slice per pepper)
1 Tablespoon Slap Ya Mama Original Cajun Seasoning (if you like it extra spicy, use the HOT blend)

Preheat the oven to 350F. Place jalapeños on baking sheet. Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon crumbles, and seasoning in mixing bowl and mix together. Spoon or pipe mixture into peppers. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until gooey. Done.
