Slap Ya Mama Avocado Fries with Lime and Chipotle Dipping Sauce

Slap Ya Mama Avocado Fries with Lime and Chipotle Dipping Sauce
by Christine Adams

2 firm avocados, cut into the shape of french fries
1 cup flour
2 eggs whisked
1 cup panko
1/8 teaspoon Slap Ya Mama Hot Cajun Seasoning
1 Tablespoon Slap Ya Mama Original Cajun Seasoning
pinch kosher salt
couple shakes garlic powder
canola oil

Heat oil to 350.
Season flour with SYM and SYM hot, salt and garlic. Dredge fries in the flour, egg and panko. Cook a few a time, flipping if needed. Drain and enjoy.

I used a prepared Chipotle Ranch dressing for a dipping sauce by
Cain's. You can use any kind you like!

A little hint I heard in our food group:To cut avocado into fries, cut top to bottom, peel off skin and break into sliced fries. Keeping fruit on pit will keep the avocado from turning dark.
