Dill Pollen and Cucumber Salad

Dill Pollen and Cucumber Salad

Simple, well prepared foods are the best. I love the taste of dill weed.  Do you also love the taste of fresh dill weed, but only find it at certain times of the year?  Do you worry that the dry dill weed will stick in your teeth like toilet paper on your shoe?  This, my friends is your solution:  Dill Pollen from Marx Foods.  Double the flavor, none of the embarrassment.   An ingredient we can all get behind, all year long.

One large cucumber
1/2 cup of sour cream (more if you are Polish)
1 teaspoon of dill pollen 
Salt to taste

Mix well, refrigerate for a bit, and serve to your adoring subjects.  I meant "family."
