Pancake Squares with Assorted Toppings

Pancake Squares with Assorted Toppings
by Rebbekkah

Your favorite pancake mix. (Homemade is easy! Try this one!)

Assorted toppings such as:
Bacon
Blueberries
Brown Sugar
Cherries
Crushed Pineapples
Coconut Flakes
Jellies
Powdered Sugar
Preserves
Sausage
Slivered Almonds or other chopped nuts
Strawberries
Syrup
Whipped Cream (Homemade is easy! Try this recipe!)

Preheat your oven to 325°F.

Mix your pancake mix together and pour into the Good Cook Dessert Bar Pan. One cup of pancake mix makes six perfect squares. Bake your squares for 25 minutes.

While your pancakes are baking get your toppings ready. Using Good Cook Flexible Chopping Mats, you can keep things clean and simple. If you chose to cook bacon, sausage or another type of meat for toppings you can use the mats to keep the meat separate from any fruits and additional toppings. You can use these mats to set up a buffet of choices!

Cool the pancake squares completely before you add toppings.

The crushed pineapples with slivered almonds taste just like a buttery pineapple upside down cake. I love peach preserves with a piece of bacon and shredded coconut. Whipped cream with cherries and a sprinkle of brown sugar is delectable! I make homemade whipped cream with one cup of heavy cream and sweetened to my liking with regular sugar. Use an immersion blender until the cream is whipped up like a thick cream. It takes about five minutes.

This is a very easy, quick and portable dessert. You can bring a variety of toppings and be as creative as you like!
