Smoked Tasso Breakfast Stack

2 cups frozen hashbrowns
1 egg, fried
Sliced green onions, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste

1. Cook the hashbrowns according to the instructions on the package.

2. Cut off 3-4 thin slices of tasso, brown in a skillet.

3. Fry an egg to your liking.

4. Place a bed of hashbrowns on a plate. Top with the tasso, egg, green onions, and salt and pepper.
