Slappin Baby Backs

rack of baby back ribs
Mix together:
1/2 cup olive oil
3 Tablespoons Slap Ya Mama Original Cajun Seasoning


1 onion Sliced
1/2 cup vegetable stock (or chicken stock)

Detach silver skin on back of ribs and discard. Add some seasoning/oil rub into meat on both sides. Save a bit for later use. Let rest in plastic wrap for about an hour at room temperature. Unwrap, place on a rack in a rimmed baking sheet. Put about 1/2 cup vegetable stock with some sliced onions in pan. Baked covered about an hour and a half @ 350 degrees. Uncover, mop with the rest of the seasoning/oil rub and let brown up about 20 mins. Remove from oven and allow meat to rest about 5 minutes. Slice and serve. (Served with dirty rice and Brussels sprouts.)
